  • May I go about my day while the car is being washed?

    Absolutely! We truly mean it when we say, “Create memories while we give your car a sparkle!” You don’t need to be present during the car wash, but we would require access to your car for interior cleaning later on. For your convenience, we recommend removing any personal belongings from the car before the wash.

  • Can reschedule my booking?

    Yes! It’s easy to reschedule your appointment online or via our app. However, we won’t be able to provide a refund if our car wash agent is on their way to your home.

  • Why do I need to provide water and electricity?

    To maintain our low prices, we require brief access to use your water and electricity for less than 20 minutes, which is why we can offer such affordable rates.

  • Do you accept cash payment?

    Unfortunately, we don’t accept cash payment! All payment is processed online through our payment partner Stripe using any of the following options: Visa and MasterCard.

  • Do you have a cancellation Policy?

    Yes! If you need to cancel your car wash booking, you can do so without any charge as long as you inform us 24 hours before the scheduled start time. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will charge a 25% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee.
